  • Should have an exposure to client interaction 1-2 Years.
  • 2- 3 years’ experience on L1 or L2 or L3 level support.
  • Technical (Java + SQL) knowledge is must.
  • Excellent Troubleshooting skills for Java applications.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Have good understanding in day to day L1/L2/L3 working.
  • Must be from Java background.
