Experience & Skills:
- Should have an exposure to client interaction 1-2 Years.
- 2- 3 years’ experience on L1 or L2 or L3 level support.
- Technical (Java + SQL) knowledge is must.
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills for Java applications.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Have good understanding in day to day L1/L2/L3 working.
- Must be from Java background.
Experience: 2 – 3.5 years
