Position – Technical Service Manager

Experience – 10-12 Years

 

Roles & Responsibilities     

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Management of IT operations staff
  • Refine processes to ensure a culture of continual service delivery improvement and accurate documentation
  • Overseeing the on-going maintenance/support of enterprise and corporate infrastructure technology, applications, and
  • Provide input in strategy and IT roadmap
  • Manage Corporate Network and Systems Infrastructure across OS, Servers, AWS, Azure switches, wireless, CRM, business applications and firewalls within the
  • Minimize risk by ensuring appropriate security protocols are developed
  • Develop, maintain and enhance business continuity and disaster recovery plans
  • Liaise with Vendors, hardware and managed service providers
  • Encourage a positive workplace cultu

 

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS       

  • Extensive (10+ years) IT leadership experience within fast growth enterprises and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex mission critical 24×7 IT environment in multiple operating systems and platforms, working in physical and virtual servers, experience in public, private and hybrid clouds, hardware, infrastructure, and technical leading teams.
  • Strong conceptual knowledge of implementing DevOps strategies on AWS cloud, Azure with RedHat OpenShift.
  • Superior experience in designing, implementing, and delivering infrastructure on container platforms such as OpenShift, Kubernetes,
  • Extensive experience in managing infrastructure and support teams including internal teams and external service providers
  • Experience in managing people and performance is essential for this role
  • Accomplished and technically competent with foundations in Infrastructure and Networking with recent experience and oversight of Office 365, AWS & Azure, end user compute and related desktop and application virtualization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, MCSA, MCP, VCP and AWS
  • Able to lead by example in behavior and
  • ITIL certification (highly desirable)
  • Knowledge of information security standard processes, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and incident response
  • Have a firm understanding of DevOps principles
