Job Responsibilities

  • The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager would own hiring across global locations and be involved in creating talent strategies to help us hire top talent.
  • S/he will create customized sourcing methodologies that scale, lead teams to build quality talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Lead benchmarking initiatives within the team and recommend best in class practices for talent acquisition.
  • Recruit new staff for different functions across locations adhering to internal processes and approvals.
  • In the day to day, the leader will continuously build and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders, build talent pool, source for their specific business, interview, offer and get involved in all of the operational and administrative work associated with those activities across global business.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to a team of recruiters and responsible for their professional development.
  • Source candidates through various mechanisms (direct, referrals, research, network, in-house sourcing team, headhunting, etc.)
  • Manage hiring and employee costs within the budgets.
  • Maintain timely and accurate data on Zoho.
  • Develop and execute global resourcing strategy to match business requirements and timeline associated; explore new and effective resourcing models and combination of contractor and full-time employees to deliver as per the business needs.

Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • Proven success in supporting full recruitment cycle globally.
  • Possess strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Should be able to independently work on global positions.
  • Ability to Influence leaders on recruiting strategies.
  • Strong consulting skills and ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
  • 10-15 years of overall recruiting experience with minimum 3+ years in international hiring.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Equivalent Degree.
