QA Architect

The Position

We are seeking a QA Architect who will be a part of the growth of our company.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design & build test harnesses for Automation Testing.
• Design/Architect test automation framework and develop the new test automation libraries.
• Design & execute Regression Test Pack using frontend & backend test scripts.
• Design and Develop the Automated solution for Sanity Testing for various repeatable tests.
• Implement QA process and Automated testing for all the work streams to improve the overall testing cycle.
• Be a part of an ongoing effort to bring new testing knowledge and skillset into the team.
• Evaluate and recommend testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive the implementation of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to enable rapid and reliable product feature releases.
• Lead the development and execution of performance and scalability testing strategies to ensure the system’s ability to handle varying loads and conditions.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality assurance and testing, and apply relevant knowledge to the QA.
• Lead efforts to create, review, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for various types of testing including functional, performance, security, etc.

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on test architecture, automation, and strategy.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and quality assurance best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar for test automation.
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, JIRA, etc.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Travis CI)
• Solid knowledge of API testing, performance testing, and security testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to collaborate effectively with development team.
