The Position

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Lead. An Ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, quest to develop innovative solution to address client’s pain points, fire in the belly to meet targets, set up competitive advantage over competition and a flair for making connections. We are looking for an individual who is target-oriented and is open to using new techniques and strategies to develop business.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Making proposals / SOWs / POC documents for client
  • Prepare and maintain Sales Collaterals.
  • Help prepare training material for L&D team.
  • Attend client discovery calls.
  • Design relevant Demo content / POC framework to address customer pain points
  • Deliver demos as per the agreed timelines.
  • Demo systems always available and up to date with functionality.
  • Be mindful of accuracy, timeliness, relevance of the support provided to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentors & Coaches new team members to bring them to the expected level of product knowledge and make them independent to provide demos.
  • Understand customer pain points and help position the product / solution accordingly
  • Help with solutioning along with solution architects.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the team.

Experience & Skills

  • Graduate from a technical background + MBA is preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Prior experience in presales of 5 – 7 years.
  • Experience on SAP is preferred
