The Position
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Lead. An Ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, quest to develop innovative solution to address client’s pain points, fire in the belly to meet targets, set up competitive advantage over competition and a flair for making connections. We are looking for an individual who is target-oriented and is open to using new techniques and strategies to develop business.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Making proposals / SOWs / POC documents for client
- Prepare and maintain Sales Collaterals.
- Help prepare training material for L&D team.
- Attend client discovery calls.
- Design relevant Demo content / POC framework to address customer pain points
- Deliver demos as per the agreed timelines.
- Demo systems always available and up to date with functionality.
- Be mindful of accuracy, timeliness, relevance of the support provided to internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentors & Coaches new team members to bring them to the expected level of product knowledge and make them independent to provide demos.
- Understand customer pain points and help position the product / solution accordingly
- Help with solutioning along with solution architects.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the team.
Experience & Skills
- Graduate from a technical background + MBA is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Prior experience in presales of 5 – 7 years.
- Experience on SAP is preferred
