General Manager

The Position

We are seeking an experienced Data Quality Leader who can be part of our growth journey.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage programs of strategic importance from the Program Management office.
• Experience in planning, budgeting, cost estimations on projects within the approved budget.
• Working closely with clients on delivering the projects.
• Work closely with different teams like QC, Production, Data cleansing & End-End Enrichment.
• Ability to build project timeline to plan and subsequently lead all aspects of and report progress within the project environment.
• Fulfilling customer expectations and impact on the project and developing appropriate management strategies for actively engrossing collaborators in project decisions and execution.
• Ability to manage international customers and handle customer escalations.
• Experience in managing teams and scaling up resources based on the requirement.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the overall Data quality/ cleansing industry.

Experience & Skills

• Preferably from an engineering degree qualification background.
• Work experience -18+ years in data management & analysis
• Experience in industries like Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Manufacturing is an advantage.
• Knowledge & experience of working with ERP systems like SAP/Oracle etc
• Knowledge of MRO/Asset/Vendor & Customer data.
• Knowledge of data cleansing methodologies
• Understanding of Taxonomies and standards in the MRO domain
• Knowledge on MRO cataloging
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams for delivery.
• Strong Analytical skills
• Ability to complete milestones and work toward multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Able to compile and organize statistical information retrieved and present findings to management.
• Good presentation skills
• Excellent Communication- verbal & written.
• International exposure is an added advantage.
