Position – FUSE Solution Architect

Roles & Responsibilities

• Customer Facing role which is involved with customers in their life cycle – Pre Sales to Support.
• Part of key demos from a solution perspective – will need to be hands on in the platform.
• Understanding Business Processes and converting them into solutions that can be enabled in our MDM and Fuse Platform
• Using the core concepts of BPMN and Data Quality framework, helping customers with options and better workarounds if the platform does not support the requirements.
• Need to have full grasp with the features of the platform and understanding of the ERP based processes.
• Translating business user concepts and ideas into comprehensive business requirements and functional design documents.
• Accountable for the design of the solution in the customer environment and provide quality assurance on the design.
• Mentor the consultants in terms of design and any bottlenecks from a solution perspective.
• Available for calls that are a result of escalation and other solution related issues with customers or partners.
• Support our implementation partners in terms of solution.
• Liaise with other key team members which includes Product and Development team and provide input for the roadmap.
• Will need to work across time zones if required

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in various consulting roles in SAP, MDM, or ERP related projects.
• Experience in the business domains of Supply Chain, Inventory Management and Maintenance
• Part of design and solutioning of master data strategy or master data governance solutions.
• Experience in Solutioning in SAP MDG or equivalent MDM solutions will be an advantage.
• Involved in Data Migration during Transformation Projects
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a solution architect.
• Strong understanding of BPMN and Visio diagrams
• Strong in Communication skills and also written skills in terms of design documents.
• Very Strong in Data Quality and MDM principles in terms of data governance.
