Position – Executive Assistant

Experience – 5-7 Years


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide EA support to CEO.
  • Making travel arrangements for CEO, Executives, and local staff.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, recording action items and doing follow ups.
  • Working closely with central HR team for Staff engagement activities
  • Onboardings and training of new hires.
  • Managing building maintenance and vendors.
  • Managing IT set up for new staff.
  • Month end Credit card reconciliations
  • Ordering office supplies.


Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years in Executive Assistant Activities for CEO and COO.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Adaptable, Problem-solver and Excellent on the spot thinking skills
  • Time management and ability to prioritize effectively based on business needs.
  • Having basic HR knowledge would be beneficial.
