Position – Executive Assistant
Experience – 5-7 Years
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide EA support to CEO.
- Making travel arrangements for CEO, Executives, and local staff.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, recording action items and doing follow ups.
- Working closely with central HR team for Staff engagement activities
- Onboardings and training of new hires.
- Managing building maintenance and vendors.
- Managing IT set up for new staff.
- Month end Credit card reconciliations
- Ordering office supplies.
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years in Executive Assistant Activities for CEO and COO.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Adaptable, Problem-solver and Excellent on the spot thinking skills
- Time management and ability to prioritize effectively based on business needs.
- Having basic HR knowledge would be beneficial.
