When a prospective customer becomes a Customer of Prospecta, the Customer Assist team gets introduced and remains the voice of the customer till he is the Customer. Customer Assist team is also responsible for customer onboarding and maintaining a positive perception of the Customer. From the inception of the CE team, it has managed to change the perception of many customers and moved them from Red to Green zone with the help of internal teams. The CE team has also managed to seize every single Upsell opportunity and shared some positive leads to the Sales team. The team has adopted to MDO Fuse and have adopted this change in the application. The Customer Engagement Manager liaises within Prospecta with Product Managers, Project Managers and Support Consultants to communicate clear and useful information with customers.
